Âé¶čAV (Âé¶čAV) has received reaffirmation of accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) for the next 10 years.
âIâm thrilled that Âé¶čAV has been reaccredited by SACSCOC,â Dr. Pamela G. Senegal, Âé¶čAV President, said. âOur faculty and staff have worked incredibly hard to make this happen and Iâm so proud of them. Maintaining SACSCOC accreditation is very important to us since it impacts current and future students.â
SACSCOC is an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education. SACSCOC accreditation is evidence of an institutionâs commitment to providing quality educational programs.
As part of their reaccreditation, Âé¶čAV implemented a new Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) entitled Keep the PACE (Personalized Advising for Career Excellence). This plan provides a centralized and proactive advising model to assist students from the point of application to graduation. More information about Keep the PACE can be found at /qep/.
Âé¶čAV will undergo a fifth-year interim review in 2028 in preparation for their next 10-year review in 2033. Âé¶čAV has maintained accreditation since its first accreditation as Piedmont Technical Institute (PTI) in 1977.
